Do you provide a la carte services?
Yes! Once an initial consultation is completed, I’ll recommend what services you would best benefit from and then we can come up with a plan and customized quote from there. I am not a believer in one-size-fits-all, so we can evaluate what items will best propel your business’ initiatives forward. These items may include but aren’t limited to:

What if I already have branding and only need a website?
That’s no problem. The website packages are for customers who need the whole shebang! So please contact me for your a la carte pricing.
Do you provide printing services?
For an additional cost, Lockwood Design Co. will take care of your printing needs and ship your products directly to you. Realtor signs will need to be printed by your local vendor who we will gladly work with to make sure artwork is prepared according to their production process.
How are Lockwood Design Co.'s websites built?
Our websites are custom designed and mobile optimized using WordPress or Squarespace platforms. I believe that having a website platform that is user-friendly is important so that you can make any edits and updates if needed. WordPress and Squarespace are great platforms for small to mid-size businesses for this reason.
For vacation rental websites, several direct booking software companies like Lodgify, Guesty, OwnerRez andd Hostaway have integrations for WordPress and Squarespace. This allows you to have your own, branded, custom website tied to your direct-booking platform. I will integrate your direct booking software into your website.
Will I be able to edit my website myself after completion?
Yes! Because our websites are designed using WordPress or Sqaurespace, these platforms have easy-to-use content management systems that do not require coding. We also provide training upon completion to get you started on the right track. Or if you wish, we also provide website updating services on a monthly basis for an additional fee.
Do you have a team?
I (Shannon Lockwood) am the creative director and designer for all projects, however I also partner with and outsource certain tasks to a talented team of copywriters, web developers and SEO/PPC specialists.
Will my property management website sync with other booking sites?
Yes! Property management websites that I create use Lodgify’s widget or the alike (Guesty, Owner Rez, Hostaway) that automatically syncs your bookings from your website across all other booking sites that your property may be using. No need to update your calendar in multiple places. Only through your booking platform which integrates into your website.
