A logo refresh for this boutique real estate business was just what this brand needed after a long run of almost 2 decades using their previous logo!  Brand recognition had already been established with their previous logo and colors, so it was important to them to keep this color scheme, but with a more modern take. ⁠⁠

Bella Terra translates to “beautiful land,” which in my opinion, is an amazing name for a real estate business! Prescott, Arizona certainly boasts some of the most gorgeous land and views, like Thumb Butte, an iconic landmark in Prescott. This landmark is the highlight in their logo, which I hand illustrated to be a clearer focus in the refresh. ⁠⁠
